Product Description

The K&N 33-5089 is a direct-fit high-flow replacement air filter engineered for the 2019-2023 Jeep Cherokee KL equipped with either the 2.4L Tigershark four-cylinder or 3.2L Pentastar V6 engine. It replaces the factory paper element with a layered oiled cotton gauze design that flows significantly more air, supporting improved throttle response and engine efficiency across all applicable trim levels in both FWD and 4WD configurations.

Installation is a straightforward drop-in swap into the existing factory airbox with no cutting, drilling, or adapters required. Unlike disposable filters, the 33-5089 is fully washable and reusable using K&N's Recharger cleaning kit, backed by K&N's 10-Year/Million Mile Limited Warranty. Cherokee owners with the 2.0L Turbocharged engine should refer to K&N 33-5088, as that engine uses a separate airbox.
