Product Description

The K&N 69-8623TS is a 69 Series Typhoon complete cold air intake system engineered for the 2019-2022 Toyota RAV4 with the L4-2.5L gas engine, covering the LE, XLE, XLE Premium, Adventure, TRD Off-Road, and Limited trim levels. Unlike a standard cold air or short ram intake, the 69-8623TS includes two mandrel-bent aluminum tube sections finished in silver powder coat, giving the owner the flexibility to configure the system as either a full cold air intake for maximum performance or a more compact short ram setup depending on preference. A dyno-verified gain of 7.23 HP at 5,513 RPM is achieved on a stock tune with no ECU modification required.

A custom heat shield or airbox is included to protect intake air temperatures, and the kit includes reinforced silicone hoses, steel brackets, stainless steel clamps, and aluminum air sensor adaptors for a complete, hardware-ready installation. The system installs in approximately 90 minutes using simple hand tools. The included conical oiled cotton gauze filter is washable and reusable with a service interval up to 100,000 miles.
