Product Description

The K&N 77-1583KP is a direct-fit 77 Series cold air intake for the 2019-2026 Ram 2500 and Ram 3500 equipped with the 6.4L V8 HEMI. The mandrel-bent polished aluminum tube replaces the restrictive factory airbox, delivering a dyno-verified gain of 14.94 HP at 5,495 RPM and 21.3 lb-ft of torque. The custom heat shield mounts in the factory airbox location, feeding the oversized conical filter cooler, denser air -- a real advantage when towing heavy loads or hauling at full payload.

Installation uses existing factory mounting points and requires no drilling, completing in under 60 minutes with basic hand tools. No ECU tune is required, and the system is fully compatible with the factory computer. The oiled cotton filter can go up to 100,000 miles between cleanings under normal driving conditions and is washable and reusable for the life of the vehicle.
