The K&N 33-2963 is a direct-fit, high-flow replacement air filter for BMW models equipped with the N20 2.0L turbocharged inline-4 engine, covering the F10 528i and 528i xDrive, the E84 X1 xDrive28i and sDrive28i, and the E89 Z4 sDrive28i and sDrive20i. All of these platforms share the same airbox configuration for the N20 engine, making this a single filter solution across the BMW compact and mid-size lineup from 2011 through 2016. It drops directly into the factory airbox with no cutting, drilling, or modifications required.
