• Does NOT fit 2014+ MINI Cooper S (F55/F56 generation) - those use a B48 2.0L engine and require a different filter
• Fits factory airbox only; not compatible with aftermarket cold air intake systems

Product Description

The K&N 33-2936 is a direct-fit, high-flow replacement air filter for second-generation MINI Cooper S and John Cooper Works models (R55-R61 platform) equipped with the turbocharged N14 or N18 1.6L inline-4 engine. It covers all second-gen body styles sold in the US - Hatchback, Clubman, Convertible, Coupe, Roadster, Countryman, and Paceman - in both S and JCW trim across the 2007-2016 model years. The filter drops directly into the factory airbox with no cutting, drilling, or modifications required.

The multi-layer oiled cotton gauze construction delivers significantly greater airflow than a standard paper element while maintaining effective filtration for the turbocharged N14/N18 engine.
