Product Description

The K&N FIPK Air Intake System replaces the restrictive factory air filter and intake housing shared across the F-150, Expedition, and Mark LT's 5.4L V8, dramatically reducing airflow restriction while smoothing and straightening airflow. K&N's own dyno testing shows gains of 15.47 horsepower at 3829 RPM, delivering real, usable power for daily driving or towing.

The system pairs a free-flowing HDPE intake tube with a chrome-topped K&N High-Flow cone filter, protected by a custom heat shield that installs directly into the original air box space. Air is directed through an aerodynamically engineered tube into the throttle body for a guaranteed power gain, using factory holes and mounting points wherever possible. The oversized filter design only needs cleaning every 100,000 miles under normal highway driving conditions.
