Product Description

The JBA 1964S-1 is a Cat4ward shorty header set engineered for the 2009-2023 Dodge Challenger R/T, Dodge Charger R/T, and Chrysler 300/300C equipped with the VVT 5.7L HEMI V8. Unlike the pre-2009 square-port HEMI, the VVT engine features revised cylinder heads that JBA specifically addressed in this design, starting with 1-3/4" mandrel-bent 409 stainless steel primaries that give each cylinder a smooth, unrestricted exhaust path. The 3/8" thick laser-cut single-piece flanges resist warping and prevent leaks, while JBA's patented Firecone merge collector optimizes exhaust pulse scavenging for maximum horsepower and torque gains throughout the RPM range.

Factory-style emission connections allow direct bolt-on to the stock catalytic converters with no cutting or welding required, and the installation preserves factory warranty coverage. A matching H-pipe for improved cross-exhaust flow is available separately from JBA. The chrome plated finish provides a clean appearance under the hood. 50-state CARB legal under EO# D-57-35 for 2005-2016 model year vehicles; 2017+ applications are not currently CARB approved. Does not fit square-port 5.7L, 6.1L, 6.2L Hellcat, or 6.4L HEMI applications. Backed by JBA's 1-year warranty. Sold as a pair.
