The JBA 1860SJS Shorty Headers are a premium exhaust upgrade for 2001-2003 8.1 L V8-powered GM HD trucks and SUVs--including Silverado, Sierra, Suburban, Avalanche, and Yukon XL 2500 models without EGR or smog pump. Featuring 1¾" mandrel-bent stainless tubes, thick flanges, and JBA's proven Firecone™ collector, these headers deliver horsepower and torque gains across the RPM band while remaining emissions-legal across all 50 states.

Available in ceramic-coated or polished finishes, the bolt-on design keeps factory emissions ports, includes spark-plug boot replacements, and provides full hardware support. A Y-pipe/mid-pipe is required (sold separately). With a 1-year warranty and CARB exemption, they're a durable, performance-enhancing solution for towing, hauling, and daily drive reliability.
