The Injen SES9301ICPWB is a complete intercooler charge pipe kit engineered specifically for the 2021-2024 Ford Bronco equipped with the V6-2.7L Twin Turbo EcoBoost engine. It replaces both the hot-side and cold-side factory charge pipes - the entire charge air tract between the turbochargers, the intercooler, and the throttle body - delivering dyno-proven gains of up to 16 horsepower and 17 lb-ft of torque over the factory system. This is the wrinkle black version; the wrinkle red SES9301ICPWR is available for owners who prefer a contrasting underhood color.

The factory 2.7L EcoBoost Bronco charge pipes are a well-documented weak point on this platform. The OEM plastic and composite pipes are prone to cracking and splitting under the thermal cycling and mechanical stress that come with regular off-road use - a failure mode that is even more common on lifted or heavily modified Broncos. The SES9301ICPWB replaces these with oversized 2.75" 6061-T6 aluminum pipes that are mandrel-bent for a full inner diameter through every curve.
