Fitment Notes

• Compatible with the 2.7L and 3.5L EcoBoost twin-turbocharged V6 engines only. Does not fit F-150 models equipped with the 5.0L V8, 3.3L V6 naturally aspirated, or any other non-EcoBoost engine.
• No tune required for installation. The EVO9107 is designed to operate within stock ECU parameters.
• Not currently CARB exempt. Not legal for sale or use on vehicles registered in the following states: California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New York, New Jersey, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, or Washington.

The Injen EVO9107 is a sealed Evolution Series cold air intake system engineered for the 2.7L and 3.5L EcoBoost twin-turbocharged V6 engines across the 2015-2025 Ford F-150, 2017-2025 F-150 Raptor, 2018-2024 Ford Expedition, and 2018-2024 Lincoln Navigator. It delivers dyno-proven gains of up to 14 horsepower and 15 lb-ft of torque with no tune required, making it one of the most accessible and straightforward power upgrades for the EcoBoost platform. The EVO9107 is the dry-filter version; owners who prefer an oiled cotton gauze filter should see the EVO9107C, which shares identical housing and fitment.

The design centerpiece of the EVO9107 is its 2-piece roto-molded housing, which combines Injen's boost plenum technology with a fully integrated forward-facing ram air scoop in a single engineered unit. The boost plenum functions as a pressurized air buffer between the filter and the turbocharger inlets, smoothing airflow pulsations and ensuring a consistent, unrestricted volume of cold air is always available to both turbos - particularly valuable under sustained wide-open throttle conditions where the stock airbox begins to restrict airflow. The forward-facing ram air scoop is molded directly into the housing to capture oncoming ambient airflow and channel it into the plenum, passively increasing inlet air density at highway speeds and during hard acceleration.

The 360-degree SuperNano-Web Dry filter provides the maximum possible filtration surface area for this application, and the custom-designed XLPE intake tube is shaped and dyno-tuned specifically for the airflow characteristics of the 2.7L and 3.5L EcoBoost engines. The roto-molded XLPE construction acts as a natural thermal barrier, keeping intake air temperatures lower than exposed metal intake designs throughout the entire intake path.
