Product Description

The Injen EVO8101C is an Evolution series sealed cold air intake system with oiled cotton gauze air filter for the 2019-2024 Ram 1500 equipped with the 5.7L HEMI V8 on the DT platform. This intake delivers dyno-proven gains of up to 13 horsepower and 14 lb-ft of torque while working seamlessly with the stock engine calibration -- no tuning required and no check engine lights. The 1-piece roto-molded XLPE sealed air box features an integrated ram air scoop to capture maximum cool air, and the internal MegaRam (MR) technology in the intake tube provides safe and effective power gains. Injen's XLPE construction offers 20x the stress crack resistance, 10x the molecular weight, and 5x the impact and tensile strength of competing HDPE intakes.

The air box features Injen's patented Twist-Lock technology securing a massive 8-layer oiled cotton gauze air filter -- fully serviceable with maximum airflow and filtration efficiency. The Injen Clear-View badge with red stripe and white logo allows quick visual filter inspection without disassembly. Stainless steel band clamps with inner protective liners and reinforced automotive-grade silicone couplers ensure a secure, leak-free fit. The entire system drops directly into the factory mounting points with no cutting or drilling required. Does not fit the classic body style (DS) Ram trucks or the 2025+ Ram 1500 which moved to the DT2 platform and replaced the HEMI with the Hurricane I6. Not CARB exempt.
