The Injen SES9004ICPWB is a complete hot and cold side charge pipe kit in Wrinkle Black for the 2017-2022 Ford F-250, F-350, F-450, and F-550 Super Duty equipped with the 6.7L Power Stroke Diesel. The kit addresses one of the most common and costly failure points on these trucks: the OEM cold side charge pipe, which is known to split under boost pressure without warning, causing an immediate loss of power and potential engine damage. Injen replaces both pipes with oversized mandrel-bent 6061 aluminum units -- 3.00 in. ID on the hot side and 3.25 in. ID on the cold side -- reducing charge air restriction, balancing flow in and out of the intercooler, and lowering exhaust gas temperatures (EGTs) that can accumulate from restricted airflow.

Every bend and TIG weld is completed by hand at Injen Technology's headquarters in Pomona, California. The Wrinkle Black powder coat finish is durable and heat-resistant, providing a clean appearance in the engine bay. Stainless steel band clamps with inner protective liners are included for a secure, damage-free seal.
