Product Description

The Injen EVO1901 Evolution Cold Air Intake System is a performance-focused intake designed specifically for large SUVs equipped with Nissan/Infiniti's 5.6L V8 engine, including Infiniti QX56 (2011-2013), Infiniti QX80 (2014-2023) and Nissan Armada (2017-2023). This direct-fit intake replaces the restrictive factory intake with a roto-molded polyethylene housing and custom tuned intake tube that enhances airflow volume while maintaining accurate fuel trims. The patent-pending Twist-Lock filter attachment ensures the included SuperNano-Web dry air filter is securely fastened while simplifying installation.

Dyno testing by Injen shows gains of up to approximately 13 extra horsepower and 17 lb-ft of torque without the need for ECU tuning, along with more aggressive intake sound and improved throttle response. The EVO1901 includes premium hardware and reinforced couplers for a reliable, leak-free installation. Note that this intake is not currently CARB exempt and may be restricted in California and other states with similar regulations. Fitment is confirmed through 2023; 2025 coverage is unconfirmed at time of listing.
