Product Description

The Injen SP1686P Polished SP Cold Air Intake is a performance-oriented cold air intake system engineered specifically for the 2013-2017 Honda Accord equipped with the 3.5 L V6 engine. Part of Injen's flagship SP Series, this intake replaces the restrictive stock intake with mandrel-bent 6061-T6 aluminum tubing and incorporates patented MegaRam (MR) and Air Fusion technologies to enhance airflow while maintaining safe air-fuel ratios without the need for ECU tuning. The included SuperNano-Web dry air filter increases filtration surface area and promotes better engine breathing under load.

Dyno-proven gains of up to approximately 8 hp and 7 lb-ft of torque over the stock intake deliver stronger throttle response and improved acceleration. The cold air design helps deliver cooler, denser intake air for enhanced combustion efficiency, while the polished finish adds style to the engine bay. This intake system also produces an aggressive induction sound under throttle and is backed by Injen's limited lifetime warranty. Note that this intake is not currently CARB exempt and may be restricted in some states with strict emissions regulations.
