Product Description

The Injen SP3040BLK SP Cold Air Intake System is a performance intake designed specifically for 2012-2014 Volkswagen Passat models equipped with the 2.5L inline-5 engine and front-wheel-drive configuration. This direct-fit intake replaces the restrictive factory airbox with a mandrel-bent aluminum tube and high-flow dry air filter, helping the engine breathe more efficiently and improving throttle response and overall performance.

Featuring Injen's patented MegaRam and Air Fusion airflow technologies, the SP3040BLK maintains safe air-fuel ratios while providing measurable gains in horsepower and torque without requiring additional ECU tuning. The system also produces a more engaging induction sound under acceleration and is backed by a limited lifetime warranty for long-term confidence. Because this intake is not CARB exempt and may be restricted in certain regions, always verify local emissions regulations before installation.
