Product Description

The Injen EVO9005 Evolution Cold Air Intake System is a performance-focused intake engineered specifically for 2008-2010 Ford Super Duty F-250 and F-350 trucks equipped with the 6.4 L Power Stroke V8 turbo diesel engine. This direct-fit EVO Series system replaces the factory air intake with a two-piece roto-molded polyethylene housing and custom dyno-tuned intake tube, designed to maximize airflow and improve throttle response while retaining factory calibration.

Featuring a large SuperNano-Web dry air filter and SHUR-LOCK mounting system for a secure, non-slip seal, the EVO9005 delivers dyno-proven gains of up to approximately 23 hp and 53 lb-ft of torque without requiring ECU tuning. Reinforced silicone couplers and premium hardware ensure a secure, leak-free installation with no cutting or drilling required. Note that this intake is not currently CARB exempt and may be restricted in certain states. Fitment is confirmed for 2008 through 2010 model years.
