Product Description

The Injen SP1570P SP Series Short Ram Intake is a direct bolt-on upgrade for the 2006-2011 Honda Civic with the 1.8L R18A1 engine, covering DX, LX, EX, EX-L, GX, and LX-S trims in both Sedan and Coupe body styles. As Injen's flagship intake series, the SP1570P features both patented MR Technology and Air Fusion Technology - delivering dyno-proven gains of up to 4 hp and 5 lb-ft of torque without requiring any ECU recalibration. The short ram design fits within the factory underhood location, replacing the restrictive factory airbox and tube with a polished 6061-T6 aluminum path for improved airflow efficiency.

The SuperNano-Web dry filter is fully serviceable and requires no oiling, and an optional hydroshield is available for wet-weather protection. Carrying CARB EO# D-476-8, the SP1570P is 50-state legal. This intake is designed specifically for the 1.8L L4 engine - Civic Si (2.0L) and Hybrid (1.3L) owners should reference separate Injen part numbers SP1577P and SP1580P respectively.
