Fitment Notes

• Compatible with the 8th-generation Honda Civic Si in both Sedan (FA5) and Coupe (FG2) body styles. Both share the same K20Z3 2.0L naturally aspirated engine and the same intake configuration.
• Does not fit non-Si Civic trims equipped with the 1.8L R18A1 engine (DX, LX, EX, EX-L) - those trims use a different airbox layout. See Injen SP1570BLK or SP1570P for the 2006-2011 Civic 1.8L.
• The SP1577P is a short ram intake that installs in the factory airbox location. For the longer cold air version for this same vehicle with higher dyno-proven gains, see Injen SP1578P (polished) or SP1578BLK (black).
• No tune required. The SP1577P is engineered using Injen's patented MR Technology to maintain safe air/fuel ratios throughout the powerband within the stock ECU calibration.

The Injen SP1577P is an SP Series flagship aluminum short ram intake system engineered specifically for the 2006-2011 Honda Civic Si - both the FA5 Sedan and FG2 Coupe - equipped with the 2.0L K20Z3 naturally aspirated four-cylinder engine. It delivers dyno-proven gains of up to 8.5 horsepower and 7 lb-ft of torque with no tune required and no check engine lights, and is fully CARB-legal under Executive Order D-476-8. The SP1577P is the polished mirror-finish version; the laser black wrinkle SP1577BLK is the alternative finish option. Owners who want the highest available power gains from an Injen intake should also consider the SP1578P (cold air version), which routes the filter to a lower position in the engine bay for cooler intake air and delivers higher dyno-proven gains of up to 10.7 HP / 11.2 lb-ft.
