Product Description

Injector Dynamics' BPC100 mated to the TI Automotive E5LM brushless pump represents a genuinely new approach to fueling high-power racing engines, providing enough fuel for 2000+ HP on ethanol at pressures as high as 150 psi from a single pump. The microprocessor-based controller monitors pump speed and maintains a target flow rate even as operating conditions change, powering the pump from its own internal power supply so flow stays independent of battery voltage and fuel pressure.

This is a real, meaningful departure from conventional pump designs, where flow is a direct function of system voltage and fuel pressure -- a pair of 500 L/h pumps rated for 1,000 L/h combined at 3 bar/13.5V can drop to as low as 500 L/h under 30 psi of boost at 4 bar static pressure and 12.0V, less than half the advertised value. The BPC100 eliminates that drop-off, delivering consistent, predictable flow regardless of conditions.

Fuel pump flow is controlled via a PWM input signal between 80-1000 Hz, scaling linearly from 10% to 90% duty cycle; a 100% duty cycle input switches the controller to constant flow mode. Note: not CARB approved and not legal for sale or use in California. Correct wiring per the official installation guide is essential -- incorrect wiring can damage the controller and is not covered by warranty.
