Product Description

The ICON K53131 is a Stage 1 coilover suspension lift system for the 1996-2002 Toyota 4Runner (3rd Gen), covering both 4WD and 2WD models. The kit pairs ICON's 2.5 VS Series front coilovers with 2.0 VS NR rear shocks, each valved specifically for the 3rd Gen 4Runner platform to maximize performance on the street and in the dirt. Front coilovers are height adjustable from 0-3" of lift, allowing fitment of up to 33" x 11.25" tires without fender trimming. Rear shocks provide 0-2" of lift and are tuned to match the front for a balanced, cohesive ride.

All shocks are fully rebuildable and revalveable, built around 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum components CNC machined to tight tolerances. The coilover body features a CAD plated finish for corrosion resistance and a 7/8" shaft for added rigidity. FK Rod End bearings at the mounting points provide extended service life and minimal flex under load. The entire system is bolt-on with no cutting or welding required. A 700 lb/in Expedition Coil is available separately for heavier-equipped or overland builds. Made in the USA. Backed by ICON's 1-year limited warranty.
