Fitment Notes

• Does NOT fit 2WD Tacoma with 5 wheel lug studs
• Extended travel coilovers REQUIRE aftermarket upper control arms - this kit includes ICON billet aluminum Delta Joint UCAs which satisfy that requirement
• A differential drop kit is recommended for 4WD models at 1.5" of front lift or more to protect CV axle angles and extend drivetrain life
• Front lift range of 0-3" is height-adjustable via the threaded coilover body - lift heights based on a stock-equipped vehicle
• Rear Add-A-Leaf installs in place of factory overload leaves - reduces rear spring rate approximately 10% for improved compliance and provides 1.5" of rear lift over stock
• Recommended aftermarket tires: 33" x 11.50" - larger tires may fit with fender trimming
• Recommended aftermarket wheels: ICON Alloys 17x8.5" w/ 4.75" backspace / 0mm offset; 18x9" or 20x9" w/ 5" backspace / 0mm offset
• 700 lb/in Expedition Coil available separately for heavier-equipped vehicles
• Bump stop spacer kit (ICON #51045) available separately to increase threads showing beyond max recommendation

Product Description

The ICON K53014B is a complete Stage 4 suspension system for the 1995.5-2004 Toyota Tacoma (4WD and PreRunner), featuring ICON's billet aluminum Delta Joint upper control arms - the key upgrade that distinguishes it from the standard tubular K53014. Constructed from CNC machined 6061 aluminum with a matte anodized finish, the billet UCAs add on-vehicle caster and camber adjustment capability via machined adjuster sleeves, allowing precise alignment tuning at the taller lift heights this system enables. Each UCA features ICON's patented Delta Joint (U.S. Pat. 10,731,700) - a sealed, greaseable ball joint that delivers uniball-like articulation angles with the long-term durability and weather resistance of a traditional ball joint.

At the heart of the system are ICON's 58715 extended travel 2.5 Series remote reservoir front coilovers, which unlock maximum available front wheel travel on this platform when paired with the billet UCAs. The remote reservoir dramatically increases oil volume and heat dissipation for sustained damping performance during hard off-road use. At the rear, two ICON 56502R 2.0 Series remote reservoir shocks provide vehicle-specific valving for balanced front-to-rear performance, while the included Add-A-Leaf kit replaces the factory overload leaves to reduce rear spring rate by approximately 10% - improving small-bump compliance and delivering 1.5" of rear lift.
