Product Description

The ICON 614527 is a UCA replacement bushing and sleeve kit designed to rebuild worn ICON upper control arms on the 2016-2022 Nissan Titan XD - specifically compatible with ICON Part #88510 (tubular UCA kit) and Part #88510DJ (tubular UCA Delta Joint kit). Over time, the frame-pivot bushings in any UCA kit will wear and compress, resulting in looseness, clunking, and degraded steering response. This kit replaces those worn bushings with polyurethane units that resist compression set and deterioration far better than the OEM-style rubber they replace, restoring the original performance of the UCA installation.

The greaseable design allows periodic lubrication to keep friction low and prevent dry-wear squeaking - a common failure mode of non-greaseable polyurethane bushings. All necessary sleeves are included, making this a complete drop-in rebuild kit with no additional hardware required. Fitment is specific to ICON 88510/88510DJ UCA kits only; these bushings are not compatible with OEM or other aftermarket upper control arms.
