Fitment Notes

Product Description

The ICON 64043 is a fully fabricated, fully boxed replacement radius arm system engineered specifically for the 2023-2025 Ford F-250, F-350, and F-450 Super Duty (4WD). Unlike the factory radius arms - which require caster bushings or drop brackets to maintain proper geometry at lifted heights - the ICON 64043 installs directly to the factory pivot location and uses adjustable caster cams to properly correct caster across a full 2-6" front lift range with no additional drop hardware required. This dramatically simplifies the suspension build while also raising ground clearance under the chassis by eliminating bracket hardware below the frame.

The fully boxed steel construction delivers significantly greater strength than OE arms, and the arm profile is specifically shaped to clear 37" x 12.50" tires and 5.5" backspace wheels at full steering lock - eliminating the tire-to-arm contact that plagues many competitor radius arm designs. The sealed, maintenance-free pivot bushing minimizes road feedback and noise while providing long-term durability without re-greasing. Trucks equipped with OnBoard Scales require additional ICON sensor brackets (sold separately - #66203 for up to 3.5" lift, #66204 for 4-6" lift). An adjustable track bar is recommended to recenter the axle after installation. Not recommended for use at stock ride height.
