The ICON 64046 is a radius arm drop kit engineered for the 2023-2025 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty 4WD when used with ICON's 4.5" lift suspension systems. The Super Duty's solid front axle relies on radius arms to control axle position, and when the front end is lifted significantly, the resulting change in radius arm angle throws off caster geometry and creates handling issues including bump steer and caster wander. The 64046 corrects this by dropping the radius arm frame mounting points to restore the correct arm angle at 4.5" of lift - maintaining proper caster alignment, reducing road feedback through the steering system, and ensuring the radius arms can articulate through their full range without bind.

The brackets are precision CNC laser cut and brake-formed from steel plate to ensure exact fitment and structural integrity under the stresses of hard off-road use.
