Product Description

The ICON K53196 Stage 6 Suspension System delivers the ultimate combination of adjustability, wheel travel, and sustained off-road performance for the 2022-2025 Toyota Tundra 4WD. Building upon ICON's Stage 5 platform, the Stage 6 upgrades the front coilovers to 2.5 VS Series units with remote reservoirs, providing significantly increased shock oil volume and heat dissipation surface area to resist overheating and cavitation during aggressive off-road use. The adjustable front coilovers allow 1.25 to 3.5 inches of lift height adjustability over stock, enabling fitment of up to 35-inch tires with proper wheel sizing. Billet aluminum upper control arms feature ICON's patented Delta Joint Pro technology with 90 degrees of total articulation, eliminating ball joint bind throughout the full range of suspension travel and enabling up to 40% more wheel travel than stock. The Delta Joint Pro is fully serviceable and rebuildable for long-term value. The included sway bar drop brackets reduce OE sway bar link bind, allowing the suspension to move freely without overstressing factory components. Rounding out the system are 2.0 Aluminum Series rear shocks with remote reservoirs, specially tuned for the Tundra platform to provide balanced damping from front to rear. All ICON shocks feature one-piece impact extruded hard anodized aluminum bodies, 7/8-inch induction hardened chrome plated shafts, FK rod end bearings, and are fully rebuildable and re-tunable. Vehicle-specific valving ensures superior damping control both on-road and off. The complete system installs with no cutting or welding required.
