Fitment Notes

• Does NOT fit the Ford Bronco Raptor - the Raptor uses a different front suspension architecture and is not compatible with this coilover kit
• Lift height varies by trim and Sasquatch package configuration - see breakdown below
• Non-Sasquatch (Base, Big Bend, Outer Banks, Black Diamond): approximately 3-4" of front lift
• Non-Sasquatch (Badlands): approximately 2.5-4" of front lift
• All Sasquatch-equipped trims (including Wildtrak and First Edition): approximately 2-3" of front lift
• Everglades (all configurations): approximately 1.5-2.5" of front lift
• 2-door models will sit taller than 4-door models at the same coilover height setting
• Factory upper control arms (UCAs) will not align properly past 2.5" of lift - ICON UCAs with Delta Joint Pro (part numbers 48400DJ or 48500DJ) are strongly recommended above 2.5" of lift

• Running 37" tires requires up travel limiters (ICON part #611075) and may require crash bar removal or modification

• OEM wheel and tire fitment is confirmed for Sasquatch-equipped Broncos; non-Sasquatch Broncos require aftermarket wheels

Product Description

The ICON Vehicle Dynamics 48600 is a V.S. 2.5 Series Internal Reservoir front coilover kit engineered specifically for the 2021-2025 Ford Bronco - all standard trims, both 2-door and 4-door configurations, excluding the Raptor. The "VS" designation means every dimension and valving tune was developed specifically around the Bronco's front suspension geometry rather than adapted from a universal platform, resulting in a shock that works with the Bronco's kinematics rather than against them. The 2.5" body diameter delivers significantly more internal volume than OE-equivalent shocks, while the internal reservoir further extends fluid capacity and thermal headroom - both critical for preventing damper fade on sustained, technical terrain where the shock is cycling repeatedly under load.

Lift height is adjusted via the threaded coilover body, allowing installers to dial in ride height without removing the coilover from the vehicle. Achievable lift ranges vary significantly by trim level and Sasquatch package status. Non-Sasquatch Broncos (Base, Big Bend, Outer Banks, Black Diamond) can achieve approximately 3-4" of front lift, while Badlands without Sasquatch achieves approximately 2.5-4". All Sasquatch-equipped trims - including Wildtrak and First Edition - achieve approximately 2-3" of front lift. Everglades models are limited to approximately 1.5-2.5" due to their factory suspension configuration. Two-door models will sit slightly taller than four-door models at any given height setting. ICON strongly recommends upgrading to their billet or tubular upper control arms with Delta Joint Pro (part numbers 48400DJ or 48500DJ) when running above 2.5" of lift, as factory UCAs cannot achieve proper alignment at those heights.

The coilover body is finished in a corrosion-resistant CAD plating, and all structural components are CNC machined from 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum. A 7/8" diameter shock shaft provides exceptional bending resistance under the lateral loads common in off-road environments. FK rod end bearings at the top mount deliver minimal deflection and extended service life. The entire assembly is 100% rebuildable and revalveable - allowing owners to refresh or retune their coilovers rather than replacing them. This kit is sold as a pair and includes all necessary mounting hardware for a bolt-on installation requiring no cutting, drilling, or welding.
