Product Description

The ICON 48400DJ is a tubular steel upper control arm kit with Delta Joint PRO for the 2021-2025 Ford Bronco 2-door and 4-door models (excluding Bronco Raptor). The kit replaces the factory upper control arms with heavy-wall 1026 DOM tubular steel arms that are CNC formed, fixture welded, and finished with a multi-stage black powder coat. Built-in added caster corrects front-end geometry on lifted Broncos for improved handling and alignment capability, while the ICON Delta Joint PRO delivers a full 90 degrees of bind-free articulation -- 14% more range of motion than the standard Delta Joint.

The Delta Joint PRO features a chromoly ball and shaft hardened to Rockwell C 55 with replaceable graphite-impregnated sintered metal races and redesigned lubrication channels for improved grease distribution. The joint offers 56% more bearing surface than the standard Delta Joint and is 100% serviceable and rebuildable -- any component can be removed, inspected, and replaced individually. CNC machined housings ensure precise fitment for both the Delta Joint PRO and the serviceable dual stage pivot bushings. Compatible with factory wheels and tires, with aftermarket fitment up to 35" x 12.50" tires on 17" x 8.5" wheels with 0mm offset. Not compatible with Bronco Raptor trim.
