Product Description

The ICON Vehicle Dynamics 44200T is a tubular rear adjustable track bar engineered specifically for the 2021-2025 Ford Bronco (all standard trims, excluding the Raptor). When a Bronco is lifted, the factory rear track bar - designed around stock ride height - introduces suspension bind and limits the axle's ability to travel through its full range of motion. This bind reduces articulation, degrades ride quality on trail, and prevents coilover suspension systems from performing to their potential. The ICON 44200T corrects this by replacing the factory unit with a purpose-built adjustable tubular bar that eliminates bind, centers the rear axle at the new ride height, and enables uninhibited suspension travel.

The bar is constructed from 1¼" x .250 wall 1026 DOM steel tubing - CNC bent and CNC machined at ICON's facility in Riverside, California. DOM tubing is drawn over a mandrel during production, creating consistent wall thickness and a smooth interior bore that is significantly stronger and more uniform than standard ERW (Electric Resistance Welded) tubing of the same diameter. At the axle end, a heavy-duty PTFE-lined FK spherical rod end provides maximum articulation and low-friction operation throughout suspension travel. At the frame end, a dual-durometer high-angle greaseless bushing delivers the angularity needed for full suspension movement while dampening noise and vibration from reaching the chassis.

ICON's exclusive Double Adjuster Sleeve is the feature that sets this track bar apart for practical use. Rather than requiring the track bar to be removed and disassembled to change length, the Double Adjuster Sleeve allows on-vehicle length adjustment in minutes - critical when dialing in axle centering after changing coilover height settings or swapping tire sizes. The entire assembly receives a multi-stage black powder coat finish for long-term corrosion resistance. Installation uses factory mounting locations with no cutting, drilling, or welding. Professional installation is strongly recommended, and a wheel alignment verification is advised after any subsequent ride height adjustments.
