Product Description

The ICON 95003 is a vehicle-specific V.S. 3.0 Series front remote reservoir coilover kit with CDEV, engineered exclusively for the 2021-2025 Ford F-150 Raptor (Gen 3). While based on the same proven 3.0 Series platform as the Gen 2's 95002, the 95003 is purpose-redesigned for the Gen 3 Raptor's updated chassis geometry and shock mounting points - and steps up from CDCV knob-adjustable damping to fully electronic CDEV control via the ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) system. The CDEV valve reacts in under 40 milliseconds, with the IIC's onboard G-force sensor and gyroscope processing chassis data over 1,000 times per second to autonomously optimize damping across changing terrain - and the iOS app provides full driver control over modes, presets, and data logging.

The 3.0" shock body delivers a significantly larger piston than the factory Gen 3 Raptor shocks, with the multi-stage hydraulic Bump Zone adding exponential bottom-out resistance during the last 40% of compression travel. The 10" finned aluminum remote reservoir provides over 200% more thermal surface area than a standard reservoir, ensuring sustained performance during long desert runs or technical trail sections. Installation is a direct bolt-in to the factory front shock mounts. Requires IIC Install Kit #93500, CDEV rear shocks 95206L and 95206R, and an iOS device. Single-solenoid OE shock models also require Solenoid Mount Kit #95020. ADAS recalibration required. All shocks are 100% rebuildable and re-tunable.
