Product Description

The ICON 218561DJ is a billet front upper control arm kit with Delta Joint PRO for the 2021-2024 Ram 1500 TRX and 2025-2026 Ram 1500 RHO. Designed to improve overall front-end performance with corrected suspension geometry, adjustable camber and caster, and improved component clearance on lifted trucks. Compatible with 0"-3" of suspension lift and tires up to 37x12.50". The arms are CNC machined from 6061 billet aluminum with a satin anodized finish, combining lightweight construction with high strength. ICON's patented Delta Joint PRO replaces the OE ball joint, providing a full 90 degrees of articulation -- a 14% improvement over the standard Delta Joint -- for maximum bind-free suspension travel through complete bump and droop.

The Delta Joint PRO features a chromoly ball and shaft hardened to Rockwell C55 with replaceable graphite-impregnated sintered metal races machined to exacting tolerances for a flawless metal-to-metal bearing interface. An improved lubrication system distributes grease efficiently without extending past the bearing seal. FK Rod End 7/8" PTFE-lined heim joints at the chassis pivots provide precise, smooth function throughout the full range of travel. ICON's Double Adjuster System allows quick, precise on-vehicle caster and camber adjustment without removing the arms. The Delta Joint PRO is 100% serviceable and rebuildable. Does NOT fit non-TRX/RHO Ram 1500 models -- use ICON 218560DJ for the standard 2019+ Ram 1500. Kit includes left and right arms with all hardware for a complete installation. Aftermarket wheels with 0mm offset recommended.
