Product Description

The ICON 94000 is a front steering knuckle kit for 2021-2025 Ford F-150 4WD non-Tremor models, converting the front suspension geometry to replicate the factory F-150 Tremor layout. When paired with ICON's Tremor-specific coilover kits (91723, 91824, 91824C, 91824X, or 91824E), the combination delivers a 20% increase in front wheel travel, 3.5-4.5 inches of front lift over stock, and improved ball joint angles for better articulation and durability during aggressive off-road use. PowerBoost Hybrid and Power Stroke Diesel models achieve slightly less lift due to additional engine weight.

Each knuckle is a single-piece CNC-machined high-strength ductile iron casting with a pocketed design to minimize unsprung weight while maintaining the structural integrity needed for hard off-road impacts. Factory track width is preserved, and the bolt-on design requires no cutting or welding. The durable black powder coat finish provides corrosion resistance. Factory wheel and tire combinations are generally not compatible -- aftermarket wheels with lower offset and up to 34" x 12.50" tires are recommended for proper clearance.
