Fitment Notes

  • NOT compatible with Toyota Tundra models equipped with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS). Verify before ordering.
  • Front lift height range for i-Force gasoline V6 models: 2-3.5" over stock. Front lift height range for i-Force MAX hybrid V6 models: 2-3" over stock.
  • SR5 models equipped with the TRD Sport Suspension package will have a front lift height range of 3-4.5" over stock.
  • 4WD models WITHOUT the TRD Off-Road package: ICON recommends installing the ICON Differential Drop Kit (part #55156) or Toyota TRD axles (part #434200C020 driver / #434100C020 passenger) to prevent potential front axle damage. This is NOT required for TRD Pro models.
  • If equipped with the factory TRD aluminum skid plate, ICON skid plate adapter (part #55164) is also required (sold separately).
  • Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) recalibration is required after installation.
  • Rear lift height range: 0-1.5" over stock (i-Force V6 gas); rear height range may vary on i-Force MAX hybrid models.
  • Recommended aftermarket tire fitment: 35" x 12.50". Minor fender trimming and modifications may be required.
  • Recommended aftermarket wheel fitment: 17" x 8.5" with 5.75" backspace.
  • Lift heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle. Adding accessories or weight will alter lift range.
  • Sway bar drop brackets are included to minimize sway bar link bind throughout the full suspension travel range.

Features

  • Stage 6 system builds upon the Stage 5 by upgrading the front coilovers to full 2.5 Series remote reservoir versions, providing greater front shock oil volume and significantly improved heat dissipation for sustained damping performance during high-speed off-road use
  • 2.5 VS Remote Reservoir front coilovers deliver 2-3.5" of front lift adjustability (i-Force V6) with increased wheel travel - up to 40% more than stock suspension travel
  • Tubular steel upper control arms with ICON's patented Delta Joint PRO (U.S. Pat. 10,731,700) deliver caster correction, improved suspension component clearance, and up to 90 degrees of articulation for bind-free travel throughout the full suspension range
  • Delta Joint PRO is fully rebuildable and serviceable - individual components can be replaced without purchasing a whole new joint
  • Built-in additional caster in the tubular UCA geometry corrects front-end alignment specs for lifted ride heights without additional adjustments
  • Included front sway bar drop brackets minimize sway bar link bind through the full suspension travel range, allowing maximum wheel travel without overstressing OE components
  • 2.0 VS Aluminum Series rear remote reservoir monotube shocks provide fade-resistant rear damping with nitrogen charge and vehicle-specific tuning for the 2022-2025 Tundra
  • Remote reservoirs on both front and rear shocks significantly increase oil volume and heat dissipation surface area to resist overheating and damper fade under prolonged hard use
  • All ICON shock absorbers are fully rebuildable and re-valvable by any qualified shock technician
  • 100% bolt-on installation - no cutting or welding required
  • Compatible with all cab configurations (Double Cab, CrewMax) and all bed lengths

Specifications

  • Front Coilover Series: 2.5 VS Remote Reservoir (pair)
  • Front Lift Range: 2-3.5" over stock (i-Force V6 gas); 2-3" over stock (i-Force MAX hybrid); 3-4.5" (SR5 w/ TRD Sport Suspension)
  • Rear Shock Series: 2.0 VS Aluminum Series Remote Reservoir (pair)
  • Rear Lift Range: 0-1.5" over stock
  • UCA Type: Tubular steel with ICON Delta Joint PRO (U.S. Pat. 10,731,700) - up to 90° articulation, fully rebuildable

Product Description

The ICON Vehicle Dynamics K53196T is the Stage 6 suspension system for the 2022-2025 Toyota Tundra, representing a significant step up from the Stage 5 platform by upgrading the front coilovers to full 2.5 Series remote reservoir versions. The 2.5 VS remote reservoir front coilovers (58770) provide 2-3.5" of adjustable front lift on i-Force V6 gasoline models, while delivering substantially greater oil volume and heat dissipation versus internal reservoir designs - critical for sustained damping performance at speed over rough terrain. Paired with ICON's tubular upper control arms featuring the patented Delta Joint PRO (58461DJ), the front system gains correct caster geometry, improved suspension component clearance, and up to 90 degrees of bind-free articulation throughout the full range of extended wheel travel. The Delta Joint PRO is fully rebuildable and serviceable, making it a long-term solution for trucks that see regular off-road use.

At the rear, the K53196T includes a pair of ICON's 2.0 VS Aluminum Series remote reservoir monotube shocks (56516R), which are nitrogen-charged and vehicle-specifically tuned for the Tundra platform. Like the front coilovers, the remote reservoir design on the rear shocks greatly increases oil volume and cooling capacity for fade-resistant performance during extended high-speed off-road driving. The included front sway bar drop kit (55154) rounds out the package by repositioning the factory sway bar to eliminate link bind throughout the extended travel range, allowing the suspension to move freely without overloading OE components. Together, the Stage 6 system enables fitment of up to 35" tires and increases overall suspension wheel travel by up to 40% over stock.

Several critical tech notes must be verified before installation. The K53196T is not compatible with Tundra models equipped with the Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS) system - confirm your vehicle's suspension configuration before ordering. On 4WD models without the TRD Off-Road package, ICON strongly recommends installing the ICON Differential Drop Kit (part #55156) or Toyota TRD replacement axles to prevent potential CV joint damage at lifted ride heights; this is not required on TRD Pro models. Vehicles with the factory TRD aluminum skid plate require ICON's skid plate adapter (part #55164), sold separately. ADAS recalibration is required after installation on all equipped vehicles. The K53196T fits the complete 2022-2025 Tundra lineup across all trim levels and both cab configurations.
