Vehicle Fitment

  • 2022-2025 Toyota Tundra (SR, SR5, Limited, Platinum, 1794 Edition, TRD Pro, Capstone | Double Cab, CrewMax | 3.5L V6 i-Force Twin-Turbo Gas, 3.5L V6 i-Force MAX Hybrid | 2WD RWD & 4WD)

Fitment Notes

  • Not compatible with Tundras equipped with the Load-Leveling Rear Height Control Air Suspension option. Verify your Tundra's rear suspension type before ordering.
  • Front lift height varies by sub-model: Most i-Force gas engine models - 1.25-3.5"; Most i-Force MAX hybrid models - 1.25-3"; Tundra SR5 with TRD Sport Suspension Package - 2.25-4.5"; Tundra TRD Pro - 0-1.75". Advertised lift ranges are for stock-equipped vehicles; added accessory weight will alter the lift range.
  • Rear shocks are compatible with 0-1.5" of rear lift on models without TRD suspension package; 0-1" on models with TRD suspension package or TRD Pro.
  • For 4WD models WITHOUT the TRD Off-Road Package, ICON strongly recommends using the ICON Diff Drop Kit (Part #55156) or Toyota TRD axles (Part #434200C020 driver / #434100C020 passenger) to prevent front axle damage. This is not required for TRD Pro models.
  • Tundras equipped with TRD aluminum skid plate also require ICON Part #55164.
  • Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) recalibration is required after installation.
  • Tundras equipped with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS) are compatible with this kit; all other vehicle systems remain functional after installation.
  • All shocks are fully serviceable. Ships in multiple boxes.
  • OEM wheels and tires are compatible with this system.

Features

  • 2.5 Series front coilovers with internal reservoir deliver vehicle-specifically tuned damping, ICON-engineered coil springs, and up to 40% more front wheel travel than stock for dramatically improved on- and off-road performance
  • Adjustable front lift height from 1.25-3.5" (billet UCA) via threaded coilover body, allowing precise ride height tuning for desired wheel, tire, and stance
  • Billet aluminum Delta Joint PRO upper control arms provide corrected front-end geometry, on-vehicle camber and caster adjustment, and improved suspension component clearance over the factory UCAs
  • Delta Joint PRO (U.S. Pat. 10,731,700) replaces the factory ball joint with a fully rebuildable, serviceable high-angle joint providing 90 degrees of total articulation for completely bind-free suspension travel through the full range of coilover stroke
  • Delta Joint PRO features 56% more bearing surface than ICON's standard Delta Joint along with a chromoly ball and shaft hardened to Rockwell C 55 for outstanding durability and longevity
  • Included sway bar drop kit (Part #55154) minimizes OE sway bar link bind throughout the suspension travel range, allowing the full range of wheel travel without overstressing factory components
  • 2.0 Aluminum Series rear shocks with remote reservoirs (Part #56516R) upgrade the Stage 4 system's internal reservoir rear shocks, increasing shock oil volume and heat dissipation for fade-resistant performance during sustained off-road use
  • Remote reservoir rear shocks are vehicle-specifically tuned to match and balance the front coilover damping for a cohesive, controlled ride quality front to rear
  • CAD-plated 2.5" coilover body with 7/8" front coilover shaft for long-term corrosion resistance
  • 100% bolt-on system - no drilling, cutting, or welding required
  • All shocks are 100% rebuildable and revalveable for long-term serviceability

Product Description

The ICON K53195 is the Stage 5 complete suspension system for the 2022-2025 Toyota Tundra with billet aluminum upper control arms, and the defining upgrade it brings over the Stage 4 system is the addition of remote reservoirs to the 2.0 Aluminum Series rear shocks. Where the Stage 4 uses internal reservoir rear shocks, the Stage 5's remote reservoir units (Part #56516R) expand the shock oil volume and cooling surface area, providing sustained, fade-resistant damping during hard or prolonged off-road use. This makes the K53195 the better choice for owners who push their Tundra harder, run heavier builds, or spend extended time off the pavement where repeated shock cycling would otherwise heat up and degrade an internal reservoir unit.

The front of the K53195 is built around ICON's 2.5 Series internal reservoir coilovers (Part #58670), which are vehicle-specifically tuned for the 3rd-generation Tundra's weight and geometry. The larger 2.5" body, increased piston area, and ICON-engineered springs deliver up to 40% more front wheel travel than stock, providing a marked improvement in both on-road comfort and off-road capability. The billet aluminum Delta Joint PRO upper control arms (Part #58561DJ) are engineered specifically for the 2022+ Tundra platform, providing corrected front-end geometry with on-vehicle camber and caster adjustment. The Delta Joint PRO at the center of each UCA provides 90 degrees of total articulation - completely binding-free through the coilover's full range of motion - and is fully rebuildable at the component level for long-term serviceability.

The included sway bar drop kit (Part #55154) is an important and often overlooked component that reduces bind in the factory sway bar links as the suspension drops through its travel range, allowing the suspension to move freely without overstressing OE components. Owners of 4WD Tundras without the TRD Off-Road Package should note that ICON strongly recommends installing the ICON Diff Drop Kit (Part #55156) or upgrading to Toyota TRD axles alongside this system to prevent front axle damage at higher lift heights. ADAS recalibration is required after installation on all Tundra applications. The K53195 is not compatible with the Load-Leveling Rear Height Control Air Suspension option but is compatible with AVS-equipped trucks - all vehicle systems remain functional after installation.
