The ICON 45212 XD Forged Tie Rod Kit is an engineered steering upgrade designed to address known strength limitations in stock 2021-2023 Ford Bronco tie rods. Where factory components may bend or fail under heavy off-road use, these tie rods use larger diameter shafts and stronger forged materials to improve durability and reliability for aggressive trail driving and lifted applications.

Constructed with CNC machined 4140 chromoly inner tie rod and ball stud along with forged steel outer ends, this kit increases resistance to bending and breakage while maintaining the stock range of steering motion. Greaseable metal-on-metal ball joints with grease zerks and protective boots help extend service life and simplify maintenance. Designed around factory wheel offsets and compatible with OE HOSS 1.0/2.0 racks (and HOSS 3.0 with a stretched boot), this kit is ideal for Bronco owners seeking a stronger steering setup without sacrificing fitment. Note that it does not fit Bronco Raptor models or vehicles with aftermarket tie rod braces.
