Product Description

The ICON 48602 2.5 EXP Coilover is a high-performance front suspension upgrade engineered specifically for 2021-2023 Ford Broncos equipped with the HOSS 2.0 suspension package. Built on a rugged 2.5-inch aluminum shock body with an internal reservoir, this coilover provides increased oil capacity and enhanced heat dissipation compared to stock shocks. Its valving is custom tuned for HOSS 2.0 applications to improve damping control, ride quality, and all-terrain capability without sacrificing on-road comfort.

Ride height can be fine-tuned from zero up to approximately 2 inches above stock using ICON's snap-ring groove system, allowing you to tailor your stance and tire clearance for your build. The coilover reuses the factory coil spring and upper mount, making installation straightforward and cost-effective. With a hardened 7/8-inch shaft and PTFE-lined spherical bearings, the 48602 delivers durable performance and smooth suspension articulation.

Designed to be fully bolt-on with no cutting or welding required, this coilover is serviceable and re-tunable, making it ideal for Bronco owners who want long-term performance and adaptability.
