Product Description

The ICON 48601 2.5 EXP Coilover is a direct-fit front suspension upgrade engineered specifically for Ford Bronco models equipped with the factory HOSS 1.0 suspension. Featuring a large-diameter 2.5-inch aluminum shock body and performance-tuned valving, this coilover improves damping control, ride quality, and off-road capability while maintaining daily-driving comfort.

Ride height is adjustable from approximately 1.375 inches up to 3 inches of front lift using ICON's snap-ring groove system, allowing you to level the stance or make room for larger tires without replacing springs. The design reuses the factory coil spring and top mount for a straightforward installation while still delivering increased oil volume, better heat dissipation, and improved durability.

Built with a hardened 7/8-inch shaft and PTFE-lined spherical bearings, the 48601 provides strength and precise suspension movement under demanding trail conditions. Fully rebuildable and serviceable, it's ideal for Bronco owners seeking long-term performance and tunability. Sold individually; two units are required for a complete front installation.
