Product Description

The ICON 95002 is a vehicle-specific V.S. 3.0 Series front remote reservoir coilover kit with CDCV, engineered exclusively for the 2017-2020 Ford F-150 Raptor (Gen 2). ICON's engineers identified that the Gen 2 Raptor's raised chassis shock mounting points created an opportunity for significantly more shaft travel than prior generations - and designed the 95002 around exactly that. The result is a 3.0 Series coilover with the longest available travel for this platform, built around a barreled coil spring for efficient packaging and a 10" finned aluminum remote reservoir that provides over 200% more cooling surface area than a standard reservoir, ensuring consistent damping performance during sustained high-speed desert running or trail use.

In the ride zone, the 3.0 Series piston delivers 50% greater damping ability over the factory Gen 2 Raptor shocks, and the multi-stage hydraulic Bump Zone exponentially increases bottom-out resistance during the last 40% of compression travel - a critical feature for drivers who run the Raptor at speed over rough terrain. The 10-position CDCV allows on-vehicle compression damping adjustment from soft to hard, tunable without tools at the reservoir. Height is adjustable from 1-3" over stock via the threaded body. Important note: 2019-2020 Raptors equipped with factory Live Valve shocks require ICON's Damper Interface Device (#95199), sold separately, to maintain correct operation of the vehicle's drive modes. All shocks are 100% rebuildable and re-tunable for long-term serviceability, and ICON's coil springs carry a Lifetime Guarantee against sagging and breakage.
