Product Description

The ICON 61802EP is ICON's most advanced front shock option for the 2017-2026 Ford Super Duty F-250, F-350, and F-450 (4WD), combining the massive 3.0 Series platform with Compression Damping Electronic Valve (CDEV) technology and ICON Intelligent Control (IIC). The 3.0" body delivers 50% more piston surface area than ICON's 2.5 Series, along with greater internal oil volume and external surface area for dramatically superior heat dissipation and fade resistance under sustained hard use. Unlike the manually adjusted 61802CP (CDCV), the CDEV system responds in under 40 milliseconds to changes commanded by the IIC computer - which processes chassis G-force and gyroscope data over 1,000 times per second to automatically adapt compression damping to terrain conditions in real time, without any driver input.

The IIC iOS app gives drivers full manual control via preconfigured drive modes and custom damping presets, and also serves as a real-time data logger. Full system operation requires a compatible ICON IIC Install Kit and ICON 3.0 Series CDEV rear shocks, and an iOS device for the IIC app. These shocks can also serve as add-a-shocks in the OE front location alongside ICON coilover conversions - with or without CDEV - using the Reservoir Doubler Kit #611003 (and wiring harness #191207 for CDEV coilover configurations). Lift range varies by model year and trim; Tremor-equipped models have reduced compatibility ranges. All shocks are 100% rebuildable and re-tunable for long-term serviceability.
