Product Description

The ICON 71705CP is a vehicle-specific V.S. 3.0 Series rear remote reservoir shock pair with CDCV, engineered for the 2011-2026 Chevrolet Silverado 2500/3500 HD and GMC Sierra 2500/3500 HD (non-cab & chassis). At 3.0" in body diameter, these shocks deliver 50% more piston surface area than ICON's 2.5 Series rear options - providing greater stability, improved vehicle control, and significantly better heat dissipation for drivers who tow, haul heavy loads, or push their HD truck hard off-road. The Cerakoted steel cylinder construction provides excellent long-term corrosion resistance in demanding work and trail conditions, while the offset upper eyelet allows the shocks to bolt directly into the factory rear mounting location.

The CDCV adds 10-position externally adjustable compression damping - fine-tunable on-vehicle with a clearly engraved knob at the reservoir - allowing precise adjustment from soft street cruising to hard off-road damping with no disassembly required. ICON's integrated internal Bump Zone adds 20% more damping force as the shock nears full compression, preventing harsh bottom-outs under high-velocity hits.
