Fitment Notes

• Front lift range: 0-3.5" on 2005-2015 Tacoma models; 0-2.75" on 2016-2023 Tacoma models. Lift heights are based on a stock-equipped vehicle.
• Rear lift: approximately 1.5" via included Add-A-Leaf kit.
• Does not fit the 2024-2025 Toyota Tacoma (4th generation), which uses a redesigned front suspension platform requiring ICON's dedicated new-generation kits.
• Extended travel front coilovers require the included ICON billet aluminum upper control arms for proper geometry and to achieve increased front droop travel. Do not use with OEM upper control arms.
• Only compatible with OE steering knuckles. Do not install in combination with any aftermarket spindles or knuckles.
• Shocks are fully serviceable. Coilover heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle.
• A 700 lb/in expedition coil spring option is available for heavier-equipped vehicles (winches, heavy bumpers, etc.) - available as an add-on.
• OEM wheels and tires are compatible. Recommended aftermarket wheels: 8.5" wide, 4.75" backspace. Recommended aftermarket tires: 33" x 11.50" (larger tires may fit but may require fender trimming).

Product Description

The ICON K53004 is a Stage 4 complete suspension system for the 2005-2023 Toyota Tacoma, representing one of ICON's most comprehensive and capable Tacoma suspension packages. It combines extended travel 2.5 Series remote reservoir front coilovers, billet aluminum Delta Joint upper control arms, 2.0 Series remote reservoir rear shocks, and a 1.5" Add-A-Leaf rear kit into a single, fully engineered, bolt-on package. The result is a system that delivers genuine performance gains in front wheel travel, rear ride quality, and overall suspension capability without requiring any cutting or welding.

The front coilover kit (Part #58735) is built around ICON's 2.5 Series Extended Travel platform, which pairs a remote reservoir for superior heat dissipation with Eibach-sourced coil springs tuned specifically for the Tacoma platform. Height adjustability ranges from 0-3.5" on 2005-2015 second-generation models and 0-2.75" on 2016-2023 third-generation models. The billet aluminum upper control arms (Part #58550DJ) are essential to the extended travel design - their geometry unlocks the coilover's full droop potential and replaces the factory ball joint with ICON's patented Delta Joint, a sealed, greaseable unit that provides high-angle articulation with the durability of a traditional ball joint and the low-bind performance of a uniball. The billet 6061 aluminum construction and built-in adjuster sleeves allow for on-vehicle camber and caster correction after the lift is installed.

The rear of the K53004 is equally considered. The 2.0 Aluminum Series remote reservoir rear shocks (Part #56503R) are vehicle-specifically tuned to match the front coilover damping, creating a balanced and cohesive ride quality from front to rear. The Add-A-Leaf kit (Part #51100) replaces the OEM overload leaf to give the rear a more compliant, even ride that complements the lifted front without the harshness of a stiff stock leaf pack.
