Product Description

The Hotchkis 22429 is a complete front and rear sport sway bar set designed and manufactured by Hotchkis Sport Suspension specifically for the 2008-2015 Scion xB (AZE151/xB2). The second-generation xB is an inherently fun and practical daily driver, but its stock suspension calibration - particularly the factory front sway bar - leaves significant cornering potential untapped. The 32mm front bar alone represents a 50% increase in front roll stiffness over the OEM unit, dramatically reducing understeer and body roll through corners while sharpening turn-in response and driver feedback. Paired with the 25mm rear bar, the system creates a genuinely balanced roll stiffness package rather than simply stiffening the front alone - a critical distinction that allows the xB to rotate more naturally through corners and respond more predictably to driver inputs at the limit.

Both bars are constructed from hollow tubular steel and CNC bent for a precise, vehicle-specific fit - no modification to the body, subframe, or existing mounting points is required for installation. Welded centering rings on both bars positively locate each bar within its polyurethane bushing set, preventing axial migration during use.
