Product Description

The HKS 3203-EX019 Hi-Power Exhaust is a cat-back system designed for the 1996-2000 Honda Civic CX and DX 3-door hatchback. Inspired by HKS's endurance and GT racing programs in Japan, the Hi-Power features a straight-through muffler design with an offset piping layout that eliminates unnecessary bends for the straightest possible exhaust path. The result is improved exhaust velocity, better throttle response, and high-RPM power gains over the factory system.

The muffler and 96mm tip are constructed from SUS304 stainless steel, while the 55mm piping features HKS's SUH 409 protective coating for long-term corrosion resistance. Advantex glass wool packing by Owens Corning manages sound levels for street-friendly use. The system is fully flanged with all gaskets and hardware included for a direct bolt-on installation using factory mounting points. 50-state emissions and sound legal. Made in Japan with a 1-year warranty.
