The HKS 23009-AN008 is a Stopper Type metal head gasket kit for the RB26DETT engine, built for the Nissan Skyline GT-R (BNR32/BCNR33/BNR34) and Stagea WGNC34, at 1.2mm thickness for phi87.5mm bore and an 8.7:1 compression ratio. Constructed from multiple layers of steel with a special fluorine rubber coating, it's engineered for exceptional sealing under the heat and pressure of high-boost, high-horsepower applications.

The stopper-type design uses the maximum number of plate layers possible along with a molded stopper ring around each combustion chamber, while an independent bead design around the water and head bolt holes reduces overheat risk if gas leakage occurs and helps prevent cracking in the block. HKS bench-tested this gasket at 660PS, with real-world track testing confirmed at 600PS and 80kgm of torque. The kit includes matching exhaust manifold, intake manifold, and throttle body gaskets for a complete top-end reseal.
