Product Description

The HKS 80330-AN017 Hipermax S is a complete front and rear coilover kit engineered for the 2019-and-later Nissan Skyline 400R (RV37) and its Infiniti Q50 RWD counterpart, both equipped with the VR30DDTT 3.0L twin turbo V6. Built on HKS's monotube damper platform, this kit features a notably asymmetric spring rate pairing - a firm 138 N/mm front to manage the VR30DDTT's front weight bias and nose-heavy sedan dynamics, combined with a softer 78 N/mm rear to retain compliance and rear traction. Both axles benefit from 19.8 N/mm helper springs to maintain damper contact through the full travel range and avoid spring float at low-speed road irregularities.

Ride height at shipment is set to -19 mm front and -34 mm rear from factory ride height, with front adjustment up to -45 mm and rear adjustment up to -69 mm within the full adjustable range. Dual wire-accessible damping adjustment dials allow 30-step front and rear tuning without removing wheels, making in-field setup changes straightforward on track days or canyon drives. Note that AWD variants and the 20GT-T trim have not been confirmed compatible.
