The HKS 24996-AK012 is a 5PK875 Fine Tune V-Belt engineered for the power steering pump belt position across a broad range of Subaru EJ20 and EJ25 platforms - covering Impreza GC8, GDB, and GRF generations as well as select Legacy Touring Wagon and B4 models. Built from EPDM rubber with an aramid core wire and short fiber rib rubber construction, this belt delivers four times the high-temperature durability and ten times the cold-temperature performance of the OEM belt, while reducing rotating mass by 17% and improving wear resistance by 30%.

A critical installation note specific to this belt: HKS has confirmed through testing that the 5PK875 profile can come into contact with the stock alternator adjustment bolt due to clearance differences from the OEM belt design. Button bolts are included with this belt and must be installed in place of the stock alternator adjustment bolt to prevent belt abrasion.
