Product Description

The Hellwig 1265 EZ-1000 is a medium-duty rear helper spring kit built for the 1987-2004 Nissan Frontier and Hardbody pickup. It sits on top of the factory leaf spring pack, adding up to 1,000 lbs of level load capacity for light-to-medium towing and hauling without a harsh ride when unloaded.

Made from heat-treated ASTM 5160 alloy spring steel, the kit's progressive spring rate means resistance builds proportionately with the load, so the truck rides normally empty and firms up under weight. Installation is a simple bolt-on job using the included heavy-duty U-bolts, which can be readjusted as towing and hauling needs change. It's a solid option for Frontier owners who need extra rear support without stepping up to a full leaf spring or air suspension upgrade.
