• MOUNTING KIT REQUIRED - SOLD SEPARATELY: The Hellwig 2510 is the spring leaf assembly only. An LP Mounting Hardware Kit must be purchased separately for installation. The correct mounting kit depends on your vehicle's leaf spring width and axle configuration. Common mounting kits include #25250 (for 2.5" wide springs, most GM/Ford pickups) and #25335 (for certain vans and wider springs). • SINGLE REAR WHEEL (SRW) APPLICATIONS ONLY - this kit does NOT fit dually (dual rear wheel / DRW) vehicles. Dually trucks require a different Hellwig spring.
• MULTI-LEAF SPRING PACKS ONLY - the 2510 requires a factory multi-leaf rear spring pack to mount to. It is not compatible with single-leaf or composite spring configurations.
• Does NOT work with factory contact overload springs. If your vehicle is equipped with factory contact overload springs, check the Hellwig fitment guide for your specific year and model before ordering, as additional steps may be required.
• The 1999-2007 GMC Sierra 1500, 2001-2004 Chevrolet Silverado 1500, and related late-model trucks listed are SRW applications only; confirm your specific drivetrain and spring configuration before ordering.
• Hellwig 2510 does not fit the 1994 GMC G30 or 1994 Chevrolet P30 motorhome chassis - these require a different product.
• Vehicles equipped with rear air conditioning may have clearance restrictions at the mounting location. Verify clearance with the mounting kit hardware before installation.

The Hellwig 2510 LP-25 Progressive Rate Load Leveler Helper Springs represent Hellwig's heavy-duty workhorse load management solution, rated to 2,500 lbs. of supplemental rear load capacity - the highest capacity in the Hellwig EZ/LP helper spring family. Designed for full-size pickups, full-size vans, full-size SUVs, and fleet vehicles that consistently operate at or near their payload limits, the LP-25 set the standard when Hellwig introduced it and remains the preferred choice for serious work truck applications where a lighter EZ-1000 or EZ-990 spring would be undersized. The progressive rate design means the springs remain completely transparent during unloaded driving - activating progressively as the rear load builds - so the truck retains its stock ride character when running empty while delivering firm, controlled support the moment cargo weight or tongue weight is applied.

The 2510 uses a robust 3-leaf multi-leaf assembly design that spans both sides of the rear axle for superior lateral stability and side-to-side leveling precision. The LP Mounting Hardware Kit - sold separately - provides adjustable U-bolts and vehicle-specific brackets that mount to the factory axle U-bolt plate location without drilling, and allow independent left/right adjustment to correct uneven loads from upfitter bodies, tool boxes, or off-center cargo.
