Fitment Notes

• This kit (7909) is specifically designed for 2021 Ford Broncos WITHOUT a factory rear sway bar frame mounting bracket. For 2021+ Broncos that already have the factory rear frame bracket, use Hellwig 7900 instead.
• Requires drilling into the frame using the included CAD template for precise bracket placement.
• Does not fit Bronco Raptor.
• Does not fit Ford Bronco Sport.
• Reuses factory end links where factory rear sway bar and links are already present. If no factory end links are present, an end link kit is required (sold separately).

The Hellwig 7909 is a purpose-built rear sway bar kit developed specifically for 2021 Ford Broncos that were not equipped with a factory rear sway bar frame mounting bracket. Unlike the standard Hellwig 7900, this kit includes custom fabricated frame brackets and a precision CAD template, allowing owners of early-build 2021 Broncos to retrofit a full rear stabilizer bar system without needing factory-welded provisions. The 7/8-inch solid chromoly bar is heat-treated for superior toughness and is engineered to flex, deform, and rebound without fatigue or cracking - the same standard Hellwig holds for its OEM supply contracts.

Once installed, the 7909 delivers a noticeable reduction in lateral body roll through corners and at highway speeds. This is especially valuable on lifted Broncos or builds carrying rooftop tents, overland gear, or heavier loads that raise the center of gravity beyond stock. The three-position adjustable design lets you dial in roll stiffness - softer for off-road articulation or firmer for on-road performance - making it versatile across driving styles. Polyurethane bushings provide a precise, rattle-free mount that outlasts rubber alternatives in both on- and off-road environments.

Installation requires drilling into the frame using the included template, so attention to detail during the mounting process is important. The bar reuses factory end links where present. This kit does not fit the Bronco Raptor, Bronco Sport, or any 2021 Broncos that already have the factory rear sway bar frame bracket welded in place - those applications should use the Hellwig 7900 instead.
