The Hellwig 7789 Front Sway Bar is a direct-fit front suspension upgrade engineered for the 2020-2026 T1HD-generation Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD/3500HD and GMC Sierra 2500HD/3500HD. The factory front sway bar on this generation of GM heavy-duty trucks is sized to balance ride quality with general handling, but it falls short under the substantial front-end loading forces generated during fifth wheel towing, heavy bed loading, and high-speed highway driving with large trailers. The Hellwig 7789 replaces the stock bar with a massive 1-1/2" solid heat-treated 4140 chromoly unit - one of the largest front sway bar diameters available for any production truck platform - delivering a dramatic improvement in front lateral stiffness, reduced understeer, and a much more controlled and confidence-inspiring front end across all load conditions.

This bar reuses the factory front end links in all applications, keeping the installation clean and OEM-integrated.
