Fitment Notes

• Does NOT fit Front-Wheel Drive (FWD) Sprinter models - fits Rear-Wheel Drive (RWD/2WD) and 4WD configurations only.
• This bar reuses the factory rear end links - end links are NOT included in the kit.

The Hellwig 7777 Rear Sway Bar is a direct-fit rear suspension upgrade engineered for the 2019-2025 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 3500 and 4500 in Dually/DRW configurations with RWD or 4WD drivetrains. The Sprinter 3500 and 4500 DRW chassis is one of the most common platforms for Class B and Class C RV conversions - Winnebago, Itasca, Airstream, and numerous other manufacturers build motorhomes on top of it - and the factory rear sway bar is significantly undersized for the resulting vehicle weight and elevated center of gravity. Body sway during highway driving, crosswind exposure, and cornering is a widely reported complaint among Sprinter-based RV owners, and the Hellwig 7777 addresses this directly with a massive 1-1/2" solid chromoly bar that delivers a transformation in rear lateral stability.

At 1-1/2" in diameter, the 7777 is one of the most substantial Hellwig bars offered for any van platform - a deliberate choice for a chassis that frequently operates at or near GVWR with loads that dramatically amplify the leverage forces on the rear suspension.
